Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- Originality and Prior Publication: the submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- Stylistic and Bibliographic Requirements: the text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- Document Format: the submission file is in Microsoft Word or RTF document file format.
- Copyright Authorization: ensure that any material with copyright has been authorized by the owner.
- Inclusion of URLs: where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- Article Processing Charges: The authors will be able to support the APCs (Article Processing Charges) for the publication of the paper (more information at Open Access Policy).

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication.
- The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
- Authors grant the journal the rights to provide the article in all forms and media so the article can be used on the latest technology even after publication and ensure its long-term preservation.
- Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
